I am reading the UML infrastructure specification, I encountered the word "meta-metamodel". Metamodel is an instance of Meta-metamodel, while model is an instance of metamodel. Then will meta-metamodel be an instanceof meta-meta-metamodel?

While software is developing, the concept of meta-meta-metamodel should have already been created but in different word.
