XML must be introduced into the X-Bitmap(JavaScript), and SVG is a rich language for the X-Bitmap. But because X-Bitmap supports only black pixel and transparent pixel, X-Bitmap(JS) can not implement the full SVG. So part of SVG should being implemented.
